But We will guide you through the process. We will explain what documents you need and how to apply for PCC from Dubai and tell you about the charges for the process. Below, part A will show how to get PCC if you are currently staying in Dubai and part B will show you how to get PCC while staying in India. Let’s explore this in detail.

For Current Residents in the UAE

Step 1: Gather Your Documents
  • Emirates ID: Your primary identification in the UAE.
  • No Criminal History Letter: A letter from your employer or sponsor confirming your clean record.
  • Recent Passport-Sized Photo: A clear, colour photo with a neutral background.
  • Passport Copy: A scanned copy of the front page.

Step 2. Submit Your Application

If you are currently residing in UAE, you have two options for applying for PCC. You can either do it online or offline by visiting a police station.

Online Process

Visit the Ministry of Interior or Dubai Police website or app. Go to the “Services” section, where you’ll find the PCC application form. Fill out the form accurately, and make sure that all information is correct and complete. Upload the required documents, including your Emirates ID, no criminal history letter, passport-sized photo, and passport copy. Pay the fees.  Once you’ve reviewed and confirmed the details, submit your application online.

In Person (offline) Process

If you prefer to submit your application in person, you can visit a nearby Dubai Police station. Bring all your required documents and follow the instructions provided by the staff. You may need to wait in line, so it’s advisable to plan your visit accordingly.

For Former Residents in India

If you are back from UAE and currently residing in India, follow these steps.
1. Obtain a Fingerprint Card (If Required)

If you don’t have a cancelled Emirates ID, you’ll need to obtain a fingerprint card.

A fingerprint card is a card that captures an individual’s fingerprints for identification or background checks. It is often used for security clearances, employment, or legal purposes. But, you cannot use it for PCC without getting it attested by the UAE Embassy in India

Here’s how you can get a fingerprint card attested by the UAE embassy:

  • First, obtain a fingerprint card from your local police station.
  • Then, have it verified by your state’s Home Department or the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM).
  • Next, the card must be authenticated by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) in Delhi.
  • Afterwards, send the MEA-stamped fingerprint card to the UAE embassy in India for attestation.
  • Finally, collect your attested fingerprint card from the UAE embassy.

The process might seem complicated, but we can handle the entire procedure for you, eliminating the need for any office visits. All you have to do is contact us

2. Gather Documents
  • Attested fingerprint card
  • Passport-sized photos
  • Passport copy
  • Last UAE visa copy
  • A Letter explaining the reason for needing the PCC
3. Submit Application Online
