    • Personal Certificates (Marriage and Birth Certificates): These will be certified by the State Home Department.
    • Business Documents: Your business-related documentation is authenticated by the Chamber of Commerce. 

    Your documents may occasionally be attested by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) before being forwarded to the MEA

  • Step 3: MEA Attestation for Oman

    In this stage of verification, the  Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) adds the national mark of approval. This important step validates the accuracy of the earlier attestations. Consider it your last authenticating check before the Oman embassy attestation.

  • Step 4: Attestation from the Oman Embassy

    Your documents are now officially sent to the Omani Embassy with the MEA’s stamp. The Embassy verifies your papers and provides the final attestation, making them legitimate for usage in Oman. This is the most important stage for visa reasons.
