The process to make your documents valid abroad starts here with notarization. It’s like getting a special stamp from a notary public that says your document is real and ready for further checks. Notarization is usually required for documents like affidavits and personal declarations.

You have to visit several departments in your state for verification of different types of documents. 

• Go to the Human Resource Development (HRD) department to verify your educational documents like degree certificates, diplomas, and mark sheets. 
• Head to your state’s Home Department to verify personal documents like marriage and birth certificates. 
• If you have commercial documents, then go to the Chamber of Commerce to verify them.
