Your company documents are delivered directly to the Chamber of Commerce for authentication.
After your papers have been confirmed by the SDM/HRD/Chamber of Commerce, they are sent to the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) for further attestation. This is the final step in attesting your papers in India. Once MEA stamps your documents, they’re ready for the last stage.
After the MEA attests your certificates, they are sent to the Chinese Embassy. Before you may be granted a visa, the Chinese Embassy must certify your papers. They will complete the final attestation for personal, educational, and corporate papers, making them valid for usage in China.
First, obtain a notary stamp for your paperwork. Then, you must get them authenticated by the Human Resource Department (HRD), State Home Department, Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM), and Ministry of External Affairs (MEA). Finally, submit the certified documents to the Chinese Embassy for the final certification.
