Once stamped by the MEA, your documents are sent to the embassy of the country you want to move to. They verify your documents and put their final seal of approval called an attestation stamp, Now your documents can be used in that country!
There are 2 ways to get embassy attestation in India.
This includes visiting all the government bodies & getting stamps by yourself. First, you have to get your document notarized. Depending upon the type of your document, go to HRD/ State Home Department/ SDM/ Chamber of Commerce. Then take your documents to MEA. Once MEA validates your documents, then visit the foreign embassy of the country you want to visit and submit your documents to them.
