Get your papers verified by the Bahraini Embassy right now. If you intend to go to Bahrain, you will require your papers authenticated by the Bahrain Embassy. Attestation is required for all types of documents, including personal ones like birth or marriage certificates, business ones like invoices, and educational credentials like degree certificates. The procedure of getting your documents attested by the Bahraini embassy is long and exhausting, but we are here to help. We are professionals in expediting the procedure and coordinating everything from the notary public to the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) and the Bahrain Embassy attestation services in India. All of the details are provided here.
The Bahraini consulate will verify your documentation in four phases.
The initial stage is notarization. A notary public is a government-appointed person who can verify the legitimacy of signatures and documents. The notary stamp is placed on your document to indicate that it is legitimate and not forged or altered. It is required for several papers, including contracts, wills, personal declaration forms, powers of attorney, affidavits, and more.
Once notarized, your papers go to the appropriate agency for additional verification:
Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) attestation: In some situations, your papers may require extra verification from the SDM before moving forward.
The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) is India’s top authority on overseas affairs. Their attestation is the Indian government’s official seal of approval, verifying the validity of your papers and the legality of earlier issuing bodies. Once the MEA has stamped your document, it is ready for final verification.
Bahrain’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) is responsible for visa approvals. To verify the validity and integrity of your papers, MOFA demands that they be confirmed by the Bahraini Embassy. Following MEA attestation, your papers are checked by the Bahraini embassy. Once they add an attestation mark, your documents are ready to use in Bahrain.
While you can finish Bahraini attestation on your own, it is a multi-step procedure that demands time and expertise with several government organizations. You have to submit your documents and have them verified by the following government agencies: Notary Public for Notarization: Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM), State Home Department, Human Resource Department (HRD), Chamber of Commerce, and Ministry of External Affairs (MEA). Finally, take your documents to the Bahrain embassy in India for the final stamp.
